Social Media Internship
(16 weeks | Part-time | Remote)
What you’ll do:
- Create meaningful and creative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Collaborate with psychologists and the creative team to raise mental health awareness
- Learn content planning, campaign design, digital storytelling, and analytics
- Contribute to real-time campaigns that impact thousands of lives
What you’ll get:

- Completion Certificate upon successful participation
Eligibility:
- Passion for mental health and digital content
- Commitment of 10–12 hours/week for 16 weeks
- Prior experience is a bonus but not mandatory
Observership Internship
(12 weeks | Part-time | Remote)
What you’ll gain:

Eligibility:
- Final-year UG/PG psychology students or recent grads

Clinical Psychology Practicum
(30 Days | 60–240 hrs | Remote)
What you’ll do:
- Observe therapy sessions and assist with case documentation and assessments
- Learn how clinical operations run in a professional mental health organization
- Support ongoing research, workshops, and internal training sessions
- Participate in guided tasks and clinical learning assignments
What you’ll get:
- A certificate of completion that does not mention the remote format, suitable for university credit
- Letter of recommendation based on performance
- Structured exposure to clinical psychology in a flexible, time-bound format
Junior Psychologist Role
(12 months | Full-time | Remote)
What the role includes:
- 3 months of intensive clinical training
- 9 months of supervised client work
- Regular supervision, case reviews, and upskilling
- Fast-tracked professional growth in a structured environment
Eligibility:
- Master's in Psychology required (completed or awaiting final results; completed preferred)
- 45-hour/week commitment (remote)
- Must not be enrolled in any course (full-time or part-time)
Scholar-Practitioner Psychologist Fellowship
(15 Months | Full-Time | Remote)
What you’ll do:
- Receive intensive training for the first 3 months (duration may vary based on your academic background)
- Work directly with MindTribe clients through counseling, assessments, and therapeutic interventions
- Contribute to workshops, support groups, and research-based content creation
- Engage in weekly supervision, peer case discussions, and structured performance feedback

Psychologist / Sr. Psychologist / Lead Psychologist

What you’ll do:
- Conduct evidence-based one-on-one therapy
- Facilitate group sessions and webinars
- Mentor junior psychologists and interns (for senior roles)
- Contribute to research, curriculum development, and outreach
Who we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (RCI preferred)
- Minimum 18 months of post-degree clinical experience
- Internship experience will not be counted toward required experience
- Strong ethics, communication skills, and team orientation
